AYSHA LÖTTER
As a mineral and environmental law consultant, I've shaped South Africa's e-waste management policies, co-authoring the National Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Policy and the Norms and Standards.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Private Law at UCT, my research combines mineral beneficiation and environmental law, focusing on WEEE circular economy. I've led numerous community initiatives, including legal clinics in Khayelitsha and constitutional literacy programs.
My expertise spans mineral, environmental, and energy law, emphasizing sustainable development in emerging economies. Known for meticulous project execution and innovative solutions, I bring interdisciplinary approaches to complex challenges.
Beyond academics, I'm an experienced kung fu instructor and my hobbies include wood turning and pottery.
